Running into an issue wherein the installer tells me I need to reboot to continue, but rebooting it and trying again gives me the same problem. Any way around this/fix for it?

Have you already fixed your problem? If not, the main file is in the folder, I installed ultraiso to open the bin file but the problem I'm currently facing is once I run setup.exe or autorun.exe and press install it just says "please insert cd-rom". Any help is greatly appreciated(I am a noob).

Please note, while runing setup, you will be asked to enter a unique serial
number, which will allow you to install the game. All you must do here is
enter any number as we have taken steps in removing this nasty serial check.

For thoose off you who find it hard to think off numbers to enter here are some.

Also if playing over a lan, make sure that the machines have different serial
numbers entered.

Also you will need a a valid Westwood Online account to play via there servers.
Its everything it says. There is no "You have to do this!" information. I didn't find anything too.
