Galaxies around us are full of invaders and it is high time to clean them up. In Nebula you choose a hero, collect space junk to improve your level and gather as much gears (game currency) as possible to upgrade your player / weapon stats in the hangar. Do not be discouraged with failure, experiment with new builds to find the one that suits you best. You can come back stronger and show those space rogues who is a sheriff in this game.

Choose your hero

Choose one of 9 space ships, each with specific bonus and different main weapon.

Unlock new content

Unlock new, stronger weapon and heroes to expand your fleet and arsenal. Game offers 4 hidden ships and 8 stronger version of a weapons to help you with your space adventure.

Spend your gears on new upgrades

Visit the hangar to improve your equipment even further.

Survive your mission

...how are you supposed to unlock the locked content? I've beaten all 6 stages, and maxed out all the available weapons/power-ups, and the locked stuff is still locked, and there's no mention anywhere on how you unlock it. Or is it locked because they're future DLC?

Well, after playing some more and trying some random stuff out, I've unlocked some other stuff...and it's just kind of dumb.

Some things require you to obtain max levels to get, like Max Health Steal to get the hangar upgrade for it, and some weapons (and by extension, ships) require you to have a certain combo of weapons max upgraded together when you win or are defeated, like having Max Burning and Freezing Turret/Lasers to get Double Gun/Laser, both Dual Barrels for Triple Barrel, both Rockets for Heavy Rockets, both Plasma Balls for Burning EMP...and somehow Max Space Mines and Freezing Blades gives you Burning Blades? The last four ships unlocks when you get Double Gun, Double Laser, Heavy Rockets, and Burning Blade.

Still trying to figure out how to unlock the final two things in the hangar, whatever is between Health Steal and Additional Damage, and whatever is to the right of Double Laser.

If you want any ideas for stupidly powerful starts, get Static Discharge, Piercing Arrow, Plasma Torch, and Freezing EMP as soon as you can, combine with Large Projectiles, Lucky, Reload Speed, Damage Power-Up and you'll have to borderline go out of your way to kill yourself until you reach Level 100, which can become a slideshow and borderline have the game crash due to the sheer number of sprites on the screen, and I've got an i7, 32GB of RAM, and an RTX 2060 so it's not like my PC is lacking either.
