HeadHorse is a highly intelligent assassin with an unparalleled thirst for blood, and he is tracking your every move. No place is safe in this game, and at any moment you can be caught by HeadHorse or his dog, Grinder. Solve puzzles to escape and survive in a dark and terrifying scenario.

Try to escape from HeadHorse and Grinder in the liminal world of the Backrooms. Solve puzzles to open the door and escape, but it won’t be easy. The scenario of HeadHorse in the Backrooms is challenging, and you will need to create strategies to succeed.

The game offers 6 difficulty levels, ranging from Ghost, which is the easiest where the player is not seen by the enemy, to Madness mode, where escaping is nearly impossible. Play and put yourself to the test. Will you be able to escape?
