3030 A.R. Lorgust 9th. Lia, a brilliant scientist, died in a fire caused by The Blackout, an unprecedented event in this rich area protected by a dome, the Drums.

Brok, former boxer, is forced to move to the Slums with Graff, the son of his recently deceased wife. Both are crushed with sorrow, but have to make-do anyway.

Unlike Brok who originated here, Graff used to live under the dome, protected from danger, and now has to inhabit this polluted and threatening place.

They are from different worlds, don’t know each other that much…and Brok never had to take care of a child before. Furthermore, the alligator has to find a new job to provide for this kid. Will they be able to adapt and confront the dangers of this world?
