Will you grow food to feed them ?

Will you help them gather resources and build their village ?

Will you protect them from dangers ?

Will you use their remains to feed the remaining villagers ?

Miracles

Discover a wide variety of miracles. From the fireball that can burn an entire forest to summoning the rain that will grow the flora around, this game offers many different miracles. As you keep playing, you can unlock even more impressive miracles like throwing meteors or resurrecting the dead. You can even share them by ordaining priests.

A living island

You play on a procedurally generated voxel island you can modify it to your liking. The island is composed of a wide flora and fauna. The game offers simulated seasons where the plants bloom appropriately. Everything on the island is trying to survive and will react to your actions. Using the physics engine you can throw anything around. You can help, hinder or simply watch the creatures on the island.

Care for your people

Your power comes from the faith of your people. Their belief will vary based on their living conditions. Are they fed ? Do they have shelter ? Are they being mangled by a hungry wolf ? The happier they are the more they will believe in you. Take care of them even when they die, you must reap their soul to prevent them from becoming angry ghosts.

Expanding village

Meanwhile the villagers will try to build and improve their village. You can influence their actions by terraforming the ground. And help them gather the necessary resources and even help them build their little economy. You can’t directly choose the building. But you can destroy any building you don’t agree with.

I just watched gameplay,its not bad but i say way Inferior to
Peter Molyneux´s,Inventor of God-Games(?), Classic Black&White.

I remember playing his 1. God Game like it was yesterday:
Populous on a Friends Amiga 2000,the Graphic,the Style but especially
the Sound was like instant Goosebumps(heartbeat-ish but it felt wierd to hear it)....
I was a Teenager back then ofc

I think he was one of the first,alongside Blue Byte Settler 1,too,who implemented
Map Generator.But wasnt that big of a deal back then.

FYI: Commodore Amiga Series was so advanced back then.
Graphic&Sound(16bit-32?),the OS(32bit!!!+Multi-Taskable),
starting 1985-86.

The Games were,sometimes,so sharp.
The soundchip was strong.Often used by Techno/Trance DJ´s
(like Sven Väth,Hardy Hard).

I had a friend who still used it for Sound-Samples some years ago.
Pop-Art,too(like Andy Warhol).

There are also artists who are die-hard fans of the Amiga computers who still occasionally use it for creating artwork and websites, like the well known Eric Schwartz, the creator of the anthropomorphic Sabrina Online and other internet comic strips!

While the Amiga series of computer were versatile for "creatives" it was sadly lacking in business software and "mainstream" games (There were many more game titles available for the PC than for the Amiga computers). It tried unsuccessfully to compete with the IBM PC and the PC compatibles. Like Sony's proprietary Betamax which was a superior video format in its days compared to VHS, the Amiga was powerful enough for "creatives" to unleash their artistic potential compared to the offerings of PCs of the day.

It was priced higher than many PC compatibles, though still cheaper than an original IBM PC, so the odds were stacked against it really becoming a big hit with the majority of users both in business and in gaming. And of course, few teen-aged gamers back in the '80s could barely afford a top of the line model Amiga computer or an original IBM PC versus a much cheaper PC compatible. Mass production from multiple manufacturers helped the PC compatibles to ultimately win market share - Only IBM made the original IBM PCs while only Commodore made the Amigas - I think that later Commodore tried to sell manufacturing licenses to third party manufacturers but by then practically every manufacturer was gearing up to manufacture their own PC compatible ... and the rest is history!

Yes,exactly.I mean they tried to win Pc-Users/Gamers to win over with their
Side-Card/Port(?),if i remember right,which had also the x86-chips,practically
emulating PC Environment,Like linux PC today(even Unix OS was possible).
But way tooo expensive,unfortunately.

This friend of mine was a musician,coder and Hard Amiga Fan,
was coding on it,too(Assembly).
He showed me how fast WebSites opened on his Amiga-Browser.
He told(i think it was also 2011-12)me alot(tried to teach me,too,hihihi),especially when it comes to good games,
he always said that this demand for better hardware(GPU etc)is somewhat about lazyness of the coders.
He then showed me on his PC(he had that,too,lol) 96k-krieger/.kkrieger the game,i think you know that one,too.
Since then i know,all this GPU-Stuff(next-gen this next-gen that) and the Engines,i have to take with not a grain,instead with a spoon of salt if you know what i mean....

Oh, I remember that add-on card - It was called a "Bridgeboard" card (I was able to find it's users manual). An Amiga enthusiast made a demo video about it. IMHO, the card is not emulating a PC - it is an actual PC that "piggybacks" on the Amiga for its power, ISA expansion slots and memory since it has its own 8088 based CPU and chipset but are missing the other parts that were on the Amiga's motherboard (When I think emulation, I usually think software that's virtually trying to be hardware).

But I was sure you would know it more specific.
it was/is somewhat fascinating,i am not teck-savvy,but your
demo link is very interesting,

i always thought Amiga-Games had good emulators(i am abit stoner than usual.

Small look, this appears to be a version of the game with a pretty game breaking bug in it that was patched just a few hours ago- some pathfinding bug that makes it so that villagers do not finish pathfinding so that they can work. Just a warning for everyone. Would like to know when its updated here.
