Pick the club you’ve stood on the terraces for, or type in your postcode and find the one at the end of your street.

This is not a professional football game pointed at small clubs. Every system was built for how non-league football actually works, and no other football management game has them:

Players with day jobs, who miss training after a late shift and can’t always make a Tuesday away game

Ground grading that blocks promotion if your floodlights and hard standing aren’t up to standard, no matter where you finish

Clubs that overspend, take points deductions, go into administration, fold, and reform as phoenix clubs at the bottom

7-day approaches, dual registration with other clubs, and non-contract players on £20 a week

Gate receipts as the difference between paying the wages and not

Managing around real life

Lower down the pyramid, your players have day jobs. They miss training because of a late shift. They can’t make Tuesday’s away game because they work for a living. Availability changes week to week, and your teamsheet depends on who can actually get there.

Transfers work differently in non-league, too: 7-day approaches, dual registration with professional clubs, free agents, and the occasional agent to deal with. You need players who are good enough to win and close enough to make training. Geography matters as much as ability.

The ground, the money, and the cups

Your ground has to meet the league’s grading requirements: floodlights, hard standing, covered seating. If it doesn’t, promotion isn’t happening, no matter where you finish. Plan the investment early or watch the opportunity pass you by.
